I finally get to see Andrea Bocelli close to home. He's performing at the Hollywood Bowl and at the Shrine in June. Is anyone planning seeing him? I recently picked us his new album Amore at work at UMD so I've been saving my money to afford some tickets. I heard he is amazing live.

Duncan Sheik is performing soon (Feb. 4th to be exact) at the Troubadour (probably my favorite small local venue) here in West Hollywood. He's also doing a signing that same day just down the street at the Apple store in the Beverly Center at 2pm. Anyone going to either? It might be cool to get his new album autographed and meet him!

hey what's going on guys. I just watched a movie called Modigliani, starring Andy Garcia. I originally found out abotu the movie at my internship at Universal and i just watched the movie, and i just thought i should tell how great it is to everyone. The movie is basically about the life of Modigliani, the rival painter of picasso, and his love life as well as his rivalry with picasso. there's more info at the main website

Has anyone been catching "Weeds" on Showtime? It's absolutely hillarious. I think there's a new episode tonight and they'll replay it a few more times this week if you haven't seen it yet.

If you don't know already, Mary Louise Parker from West Wing plays this single mom with two kids whose husband has just died. In order to keep her lifestyle, she becomes a pot dealer and sells to her neighbors like Kevin Nealon from SNL.

I live in Ottawa, Canada, so there's not much I can do about looking for a place the old fashioned way. Hi, I'm new, Sam from Scotland. Family and I are off to La in June and I can't wait. Staying in Hollywood Roselvelt - no car, so just looking for some worthwhile trips, Any one got suggestions. Kids are 6 and 8, so I don't know if they want to spend hours looking at houses.

we have been to Florida so going to miss out Anaheim, but they do want to go to Universal
