			<description><![CDATA[ I'm an author and ending a story that is under a VERY tight deadline. Unfortunately I've run into a major problem I'm hoping someone will be willing to help me with. If a diver is under water in a cove with scuba gear and he loses consciousness will his breathing apparatus work while another diver pulls him to the surface, or will they have to hold it for him. When we were down there last we talked to some people that said they had a house for $500 a month. On the internet, all I can find is vacation homes that cost a arm and a leg. 			<description><![CDATA[ Hi there - <br><br>This is just an FYI we recently travelled to Maui and tried to get PADI Open Water Diver Certification through South Pacific Dive School with the owner William Digney. <br><br>This guy apparently (wish I knew this beforehand) has not be authorized to certify divers since January 2003. <br><br>If anyone out there has had a similar experience with this guy please respond.
