Do not stay at the Anchorage Hotel in Dominicia--they do not have it together there. Instead book a room at The Evergreen. Great staff and rooms. The entire staff is so accomodating. Crystal Terrace Restaurant has gorgeous views and comfortable dining.

Great diving, comfortable boats and give you lots of bottom time.
Make sure you visit Ft young for dinner or a drink, The Green Flash for a meal and some of the falls (like Trafaglar and Ti Tou Gorge)
