I'm an author and ending a story that is under a VERY tight deadline. Unfortunately I've run into a major problem I'm hoping someone will be willing to help me with. If a diver is under water in a cove with scuba gear and he loses consciousness will his breathing apparatus work while another diver pulls him to the surface, or will they have to hold it for him. Would he drown if they couldn't hold it for him and CPR would have to be done?
