Half chicken lightly cured, rubbed with berbere,
blackened on a cast iron skillet, then deglazed with
Dos Equis.
BOHEMIA BARBEQUE BABY BACK RIBS
Baby back ribs gently cured in brine, rubbed with
fresh spices and finished with Bohemia beer barbeque
sauce.
STUFFED MAHI-MAHI FILLET
Mahi Mahi fillet stuffed with onion-garlic confit,
blackened and deglazed with Sol beer. Served with
zhoug.
MARGARITA SHRIMP
Jumbo shrimp marinated in lime, tequila, olive oil and
charred on a cast iron grill. Served with homemade
harissa.
