A beachside feast designed by visiting star chef, Azareal Samuel, will include a star menu at an unbeatable price- just 150 pesos (under $15 U.S. dollars) per person. Roasted turkey prepared with sage and whiskey, orange-glazed carrots, pork loin served with garlic and onion marmalade, and warm cranberry crumble topped with Vanilla ice cream- just a sampling of the special menu items planned for the evening.
